Spartan Race, a Participatory Obstacle Race, to Hold Its First Summer Race on July 20 at Snow Park Yeti in Shizuoka Prefecture July 20 at Yeti Snow Park in Shizuoka, Japan

SRJ Corporation (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tatsu Teshirogi) will hold the Spartan Race in Mt. Fuji-Susono on July 20, 2024 at the Yeti Snow Park in Fuji-Susono, Shizuoka Prefecture, as a prelude to the Niigata Race.

Access: [By car] 20 min. from Tomei Expressway Susono IC via South Circumference Road

Race Characteristics

Yeti, a snow park located at the second station of Mt.

In winter, the slopes where snowboarders and skiers enjoy skiing will welcome SPARATNS.

This will be the first summer race in three years. The course, at an elevation of 1,450 meters, is the perfect prelude to the Niigata race in September.

Both children and adults can enjoy the race with a view of Mt.

In the OPEN category, TEAMs are allowed to participate, and the best part of Spartan Race is that you can form a TEAM with your friends, wear matching uniforms, help each other overcome obstacles, and aim for the goal together!

Overcoming obstacles while running 5K and 10K distances requires both aerobic and anaerobic training.

Races in various categories such as BEAST/SUPER/SPRINT/KIDS RACE are held at various venues in different locations and under different conditions throughout Japan, allowing participants to step up to the challenge of races held not only in Japan but also around the world.
