The representative of the company, Mr. Fujitani, who turns 73 this year, planned a "SUBSCRIBE Villa" as a way to use a private house built in 1969 that had been vacant for about 20 years as one of the measures against vacant houses in Japan. With the help of friends, he spent three years revitalizing the house and finally got the building and lifelines in place. However, the final touches, such as the wooden deck, pavilion, and plantings, have stalled due to a lack of funds, so we have decided to launch a crowdfunding campaign to help complete the project as soon as possible.
Features of the "Subsque Villa
The feature of this "SUBSUKU Villa" is that it can be shared by a small number of people, with a maximum of 10 people signing a contract. The maximum number of guests is 5, so on weekdays, the cost per person can be as low as 2,454 yen.
For 36,800 yen per month, this subscription service allows 3 nights of weekday use. An additional fee of 6,900 yen is required for use on the day before a holiday, but since most people use the room for an average of three nights per month, the monthly subscription fee is set low accordingly, so there is no waste.
The number of subscribers to the subscription service is also limited to 10, so we have taken care to make it easy to make reservations on days before holidays and other occasions.
