High Flyers Inc. (https://www.kiitos-kids.net; Head office: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Takashi Hyuga; hereinafter referred to as "High Flyers"), which operates 11 licensed preschools "Keetos" in Chiba Prefecture, was recognized for its efforts at the JAPAN HR DX AWARDS (headquartered in Chiba, Japan; Takashi Hyuga, President & CEO; hereinafter referred to as "High Flyers") won the top prize in the Engagement category and the Excellence Award in the Recruitment category at the JAPAN HR DX AWARDS FINAL held on February 27, 2024.
Details of the awards
Engagement category: "Creating an organization that never forgets to say thank you
About half of the employees at High Flyers are from a generation that has been exposed to social networking services since they were students, and they feel relieved and happy when they receive "likes" on social networking services. We found that the psychological value of recognition and appreciation from colleagues on the same team was higher for these staff members than evaluations or awards for their work results and daily efforts.
The name of the nursery, "Keetos," means "thank you" in Finnish, and we value the daily "thank you" of gratitude.
In January 2020, we introduced "Unipos" as an application that allows us to say "thank you" when we want to without letting it fade away. Now, about 170 "Thank you" messages are sent to each other every day by all employees.
Furthermore, we have developed our own system to visualize parents' "Thank you" messages to teachers, which allows parents to send thank you messages to staff members, thereby deepening communication between parents and employees.
As a result, the workplace atmosphere has improved and a comfortable working environment can be maintained. This has not only improved employee engagement, but has also led to better service to users, which has increased the admission rate and made the nursery the "nursery of choice" for children and parents alike.
*"Thank you" to the teachers.

■Recruitment Division: "Efforts to successfully DX with TikTok and reduce recruiting costs from 30 million yen to 0 yen"
Due to the chronic shortage of labor in the industry as a whole and the short length of service, it was not enough to recruit personnel from within the prefecture or from neighboring prefectures. Recruitment was conducted by attending job fairs nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa and by using expensive job placement services.
However, when job fairs were cancelled across the board due to the Corona disaster, we began using social networking services, especially TikTok live daily, to communicate directly with job seekers nationwide. The number of viewers was about 650 at one time, which was a great response. In 2023, 26 out of 32 hires were made via TikTok, and all 24 hires for 2024 were also made via TikTok.
As a result, the cost of recruitment, which was 30 million yen, became practically zero yen, and we were able to realize the service we had been aiming for since the company's establishment, "a nursery school that does not require luggage. The 30 million yen that had been spent on recruitment costs was used to cover the cost of bedding, diapers, change of clothes, and other items used by the children, all of which are provided by the daycare center, eliminating any baggage fees from the parents. We are working on this service so that both parents and caregivers can use the time they spend preparing luggage to spend time with their children.

Future Development
Keytos has introduced "Keetos-no-ito," an in-house developed letter-keeping system.
In order to provide parents with easier and more accurate information about their children's condition, we are considering introducing ChatGPT to "Kiitosu-no-To." By introducing ChatGPT, we plan to improve efficiency and play a complementary role to the information.
