Real Quality Ryokan Specialized Fund Completed the second offering of "RQ Ryokan Revitalization Fund Investment Limited Partnership

On February 29, 2024, the second offering (second close) of the "RQ Ryokan Revitalization Fund Limited Liability Partnership for Investment" operated by Real Quality Co.

In the second offering, the fund size was approximately 3 billion yen with the participation of The 77 Bank, Ltd. and JTB Corporation. The Fund will collaborate with regional financial institutions in supporting lodging businesses, which play a fundamental role in the local economy and tourism, and will strategically collaborate with JTB Corporation in the area of area development business, including supporting the growth of tourism businesses.

While executing investments in inns, hotels, and other lodging businesses through the Fund, we will continue to solicit regional financial institutions, business corporations, and other investors, with the goal of increasing the Fund's total size to 5 billion yen.

Through this fund, Real Quality will leverage its 18 years of expertise in ryokan consulting to support the revitalization and sustainable growth of the lodging industry as a whole, including ryokans, which are a symbol of Japanese culture.
