Miho Kawakami

Representative Director, Office for Hout Ltd. Founder of Mothernia, President of Bongryo Juku, First Class Mental Coach certified by SBT, Basic Counselor of Japan Mental Health Association, Executive Producer of Japan Association of Professional Therapists, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Japan Association of Professional Therapists.

She specializes in a wide range of fields, including human resources management consulting, communication courses, and consulting for acquiring the Privacy Mark, and is also active as a lecturer in various locations.

Takako Nishiyama is the No. 1 Pep Talker, a powerful speaker who is appreciative, moving, and inspiring. She is a certified instructor of the Japan Pep Talk Promotion Association, a health and fitness instructor of the Foundation for Health and Fitness Promotion, a KAATSU trainer, a professional child-rearing meister, a Yosei-kyoiku lecturer, an instructor of the "Make Your Own Flowers Bloom" class, a leader of the "Adult Club Kira Kira Girls Club," a manager of the National Manager Support Club, and an instructor of the Japan Asarei She is also a morning assembly instructor for the Japan Morning Assembly Association. He was well known for his natural energy and cheerful teaching style, but after encountering PepTalk, he became an extremely popular trainer, conducting more than 100 sessions per month with his motivating words.
