Feast of Nara's carefully selected ingredients and chefs from 7 restaurants in Tokyo/Kansai

In order to promote the rich culinary attractions of Nara Prefecture, the Nara Prefecture Food and Agriculture Department's Rich Food and Agriculture Promotion Division will hold a restaurant fair in collaboration with restaurants in Kansai/Tokyo.
Chefs from seven restaurants in Tokyo/Kansai will use carefully selected Nara ingredients and express them in a dish with their own sensibilities. You will be able to taste the charm of the ingredients and the thoughts of the creators. We hope you will experience the story of Nara's food, which has been cultivated through its long history of clean water and a climate with temperature differences surrounded by mountains.

In December, the chef and head chef visited various production areas in Nara Prefecture.
