1. Background of product commercialization (Concierge shortage has become a nationwide issue)
While condominiums are becoming more sophisticated and luxurious, issues such as "a decrease in the number of applicants for concierge positions," "an increase in the burden of 24-hour support," and "an increase in personnel costs for management companies" are becoming apparent.
In response to these issues, Takebot proposes a new operational model in which AI functions as a concierge and collaborates with people as needed.

Inquiries that cannot be handled by AI can be switched to "video call" or "manned chat. This significantly reduces staff workload while maintaining resident satisfaction.
