CODE BLUE 2026
■About CODE BLUE
CODE BLUE is an international cybersecurity conference that brings together top-tier experts from Japan and around the world. Renowned researchers and practitioners are invited from across the globe to share cutting-edge research findings, foster professional exchange, and cultivate the next generation of outstanding security talent in Japan and Asia by supporting their advancement onto the international stage. In addition to the main conference, workshops, contests, sponsor exhibitions, and networking events are scheduled. The event will be conducted exclusively in person and will not offer live online streaming.*
Prior to the conference, official training programs will be held from November 13 (Fri) to 15 (Sun), at Bellesalle Shinjuku Grand.
*Following the conference, selected sessions, subject to speaker approval, will be made available to participants as archived videos.
<Features of CODE BLUE 2026>
1) Cutting-edge Research and Surveys on Cybersecurity from Multiple Perspectives
The conference will feature cutting-edge talks in areas such as technical, cybercrime prevention, law & policy, and an introduction to open-source tools/projects (Bluebox). In addition, there will be talks from sponsor companies (Open Talks). Simultaneous Japanese-English interpretation will be provided (excluding some talks).
2) A Variety of Contests and Workshops Held Concurrently
The program will feature a diverse range of workshops organized by international organizations, covering topics such as automotive, medical devices, industrial control systems, aerospace, and maritime security, as well as contests hosted by sponsor companies. These programs are designed to accommodate participants across a wide range of skill levels.*
*Program content is subject to change.
3) Two Types of Tickets to Suit Diverse Participation Styles
CODE BLUE offers two types of tickets: the “Conference Ticket”, which provides full access to the event, and the “Visitor Ticket”, which offers limited access at a more affordable price. Please refer to the table below for the differences between each ticket type.

Table: Comparison of Conference Ticket and Visitor Ticket
*1: Some contests and workshops may require prior registration.
*2: Archived videos will be available only for sessions approved by the speakers. The videos will be publicly released on the website after the early access period for registered participants has ended.
4) Initiatives to Nurture the Next Generation
In addition to the general Call for Paper (CFP), CODE BLUE also offers a U25 category for young engineers and researchers under the age of 25. Outstanding speakers are selected through a rigorous process and awarded a Research and Development Scholarship. Additionally, student staff are recruited to assist with event operations, providing them with the opportunity to experience an international conference and encouraging interactions among students. Further details about the CFP and student staff recruitment will be announced at a later date.
Early-bird registration for both Conference Tickets and Visitor Tickets will open on February 2 (Mon), 2026. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and secure your tickets early.
