For 15 years since its release, "Smart Attack," a no-code on-site reporting application, has supported a wide range of on-site operations such as building maintenance, property management, facility inspection, and damage assessment, and has contributed to efficiency as a standard tool. The new "Smart Attack V3" incorporates a variety of updates based on feedback from long-time users, including a new screen UI design, significant improvements in processing speed, and enhanced map and schedule management functions.

Both field workers and managers can now operate the system more smoothly and intuitively than ever before, improving productivity and optimizing business processes.

Six key points of the fully redesigned version of Smart Attack V3

(1)Anyone can easily set up report formats to their own specifications with no code

You can use the familiar Excel format as it is, and when you submit a work report from your smartphone, the report is automatically generated on the spot.

The smartphone input screen can be set intuitively with no-code, and anyone can easily create and edit reports without IT expertise.

The system can be flexibly adapted to the operations of each company, department, or customer, and can be used immediately.

(2) Easier-to-use user interface

The smartphone application and PC version of the management screen have been completely redesigned to provide the quickest possible access to necessary information. Both field workers and administrators can now use the system intuitively.

(3) Significantly improved operating speed

The processing speed of both the smartphone application and PC version of the management screen has been greatly improved.

Basic daily operations such as data loading, downloading, and searching are overwhelmingly faster, realizing stress-free and comfortable operability. The smartphone application implements a hybrid communication method that automatically updates data when online while supporting offline use.

(4) Significantly enhanced map functions

The smartphone app displays multiple pins for the day's work location and supports route searches.

The PC version of the management screen now offers a "visually understandable site management" function that allows users to check details, including the direction of shooting.

(5) Expanded Authorization Functions

Groups and users can be created flexibly according to the company's organization and operations, and permissions can be set.

The scope of viewing and reporting, including smartphone applications, can be set in detail according to the company's own rules, enabling secure operation that fits the organization.

(6) New functions added to streamline on-site input

New functions such as "QR code reading input" and "input progress bar" have been added to the reporting screen of the smartphone application. This makes input operations "faster, more accurate, and less confusing" than ever before.
