<Background of the book
The author has a track record of establishing a Japanese subsidiary of an American exercise therapy company and building 107 franchise schools, and has worked with many companies in the health, beauty, and education industries with annual sales ranging from 100 million yen to 10 billion yen.
Through this experience, we have come to realize that there are an overwhelming number of companies that have good products but are unable to grow due to a lack of a system. Difficulty in hiring, stagnation in human resource development, employee turnover, long working hours for managers... Many companies continue to struggle with the same issues. Many companies continue to suffer from the same problems. On the other hand, among the companies that the author supports, there are organizations where employees take the initiative and continue to grow even when management leaves the field, by establishing a "warm structure" centered on a philosophy. The difference lies not in "talent" but in "structure. In Japan, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises that inherently have the power to improve society.
This book was written with the author's hope that these companies will survive for the next 10 to 100 years as companies that can make their employees proud and their customers smile through "structuring" their businesses.
