Cat lovers gather! Neko Dareka Market 2025" to be held at Coppice Kichijoji Held at Coppice Kichijoji from October 25 (Sat) to 26 (Sun)!

Coppice Kichijoji (located in Musashino-shi, Tokyo) will hold "Neko Dare Market 2025," a two-day event for cat lovers and cat goods lovers, from October 25 (Sat) to 26 (Sun), 2025.

This event is part of the "Kichijoji Cat Festival" (October 1 (Wed.) to October 31 (Fri.), 2025), which is held annually in Kichijoji, where local cat activities have long taken root, with the keyword of "cat" to help revitalize the community and create a town where people and cats can live together. This event will be held at GREENING Plaza on the 3rd floor of Coppice Kichijoji A building as part of the "Kichijoji Cat Festival" (Oct. 1 (Wed.) to Oct. 31 (Fri.), 2025).

This year's event, the third in the series, will be the most exciting to date with a record number of stalls.

About 30 stores selling cat goods will gather at the GREENING Plaza!

Everywhere you look, cats are everywhere. There will be handmade cat motif goods, interior goods, cat goods such as collars and toys, and cat motif baked goods and food. Please come and find your favorite cat goods.

At the Neko Dareka Market stage, a cat character photo session and live stage will be held! At the end of the stage event, a photo session will be held where all the cat characters will gather!

NEKOJO is an entertainment unit of cats and people. A music unit consisting of one cat, Sabu-chan from Yushima, and one human, Ikumi, a human girl. Enjoy a live performance of carefree entertainment.

Mr. Matatabi, the beckoning cat

The Suginami Ward-based manga artist "Mr. Matatabi, the beckoning cat," who has been updating his manga on Instagram under the theme of "a gentle everyday life that slowly affects your heart," will make his first appearance at Coppice Kichijoji.

■Musashino Community Cat Association Protected Cat Transfer Panel Exhibition

Panels of shelter cats will be exhibited at the venue during the event. The "Musashino Community Cat Club," which sponsors the panel exhibition, was established in September 2006 and has been active for 18 years with the goal of reducing cat-related problems and creating a warm town where people and cats can coexist.

The exhibition is a panel display, so there will be no live cats, but photos and text will be used to introduce their personalities and characteristics. Please take your time and enjoy the exhibition and consider whether or not you can really keep the cat. If you are interested in a cat, please contact the staff of Musashino Community Cat Club.

■You can meet cats even when walking around the museum! Cats are everywhere even inside the museum!

We are also holding cat events inside Coppice Kichijoji. There will be a quiz rally produced by the popular Nekotest, an entertainment test, and a photo exhibition of cats that have been submitted to the test. Please enjoy cat events inside the museum as well.

Cat Proficiency Test Quiz Rally

A quiz rally for the Cat Proficiency Test, which aims to enrich and enhance time spent with cats by deepening understanding of cats, will be held.

Visitors who answer the quiz questions at three locations in the museum and submit their answers to the information desk on the first floor of Coppice Kichijoji B building will receive an original postcard of the Neko Proficiency Test.
