The museum is supervised and designed by media artist and Kyoto University of Arts lecturer Teru Kawakita. Based on the theme of an endlessly expanding universe with no boundaries, students of Kyoto University of the Arts designed four planets symbolizing forest, water, love, and light in 3DCG.

Teru Kawakita

Born in 1998, Teru Kawakita is a media artist and researcher, and currently serves as a lecturer at Kyoto University of the Arts. His creative and scholarly work explores themes such as the mid- to long-term evolution of Kansei, the flux of Kansei, as well as the intersections of mind, region, and nature. He holds two Master’s degrees: one in Knowledge Science and another in Clinical Psychology (professional program). He is also a Certified Psychologist and a VR Engineer. Kawakita has received over 20 awards in both art and research, and his work is highly regarded across diverse fields. His current research focuses on Kansei Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and Information Design.
