The brewery will brew an original craft beer, "Uematsu Nobuo presents Ore no Beer SYMPHONY," in collaboration with Nobuo Uematsu, a musician known for composing Final Fantasy, and will begin selling a limited 1,000 bottles on the company's mail order website on September 18, 2025 (Thursday).

The beer was sold in advance at the 28th National Ji-Beer Festival in Ichinoseki held from August 22 (Fri.) to 24 (Sun.), and was so well received that the 100 liters of draft beer prepared for the festival were sold out immediately.

Background of Collaboration

Nobuo Uematsu, a world-renowned musician known by his fans as a beer lover, collaborated with breweries in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, such as Se Ureshinoichi Shuzo (Iwate Kura Brewery) and NOYMOND BREWING, to create the original craft beer "Uematsu Nobuo presents Ore no Beer SYMPHONY". Uematsu Nobuo's relationship with Ichinoseki City was strengthened by the Ichinoseki City Tourism Promotion Project in 2024, and this project was realized in response to a call from the Ichinoseki Products and Tourism Exhibition Executive Committee, an organization of local product promotion professionals, with the aim of promoting the local community.
