Magical Amber Sugar" (Representative: Aya Nihei), an amber sugar specialty store in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, will hold a collaboration café with "Kome Co.", a rice flour sweets specialty store, at Kitchen Studio meal in Suidobashi, Tokyo for three days from August 9 (Sat) to 11 (Mon), 2025 (holiday).

The cafe will feature a variety of special menu items from the store, which is usually open only on limited days and is sometimes referred to as a "phantom store. In addition to the sweets available only at the cafe, popular amber sugar and rice flour baked sweets will be on sale, as well as original goods and gacha.

Magical Amber Sugar" started as a mail-order business as an amber sugar specialty store.

It has gained popularity for its mineral-like appearance, new texture, and moderate sweetness, and currently there is a waiting list of more than one month for mail order.

In May 2021, we opened a store in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.

Many customers visit from outside the city, and the store is sold out every business day.
