Ocean Villa Vihara, a private cottage offering a superb resort experience right in front of Kute Kaigan Beach in Oda City, Shimane Prefecture, has just opened its grand opening on Saturday, July 12, 2025, as a new accommodation building, Vihara S+. The new building will be an ocean-view cottage for two.

Ocean Villa Vihara, a private cottage located right in front of Kute Beach in Oda City, Shimane Prefecture, has received a great deal of patronage as a one-room rental accommodation facility that is limited to three couples per day, and the summer reservations are already full. The new building, "Vihara S+" has been well received by our customers.
With the opening of the new building, "Vihara S+", we will provide a healing space in harmony with nature as an ocean-view cottage recommended for those looking for lodging and hotels in Shimane Prefecture, as well as for sightseeing in Izumo and the World Heritage Site Iwami Ginzan.
