Optic Imamura Corporation (Head office: Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Kazunori Imamura), founded in 1932, will participate in the "Shizooka Mt. Fuji PR Exhibition in Tokyo" to be held at KITTE in front of Tokyo Station on June 18 and 19, 2025, and exhibit "Fuji Hinoki Sunglasses" made from upcycled rare cypress wood produced through forest conservation at Mt. Fuji Hinoki Sunglasses, which are made from upcycled rare cypress wood produced through forest conservation on Mt.
During the exhibition, visitors can try on the world's first(*) Fuji cypress sunglasses, order Fuji cypress sunglasses, and purchase eyeglass cases and stands made from Fuji cypress wood.

Outline of the exhibition
This event is designed to promote safe mountaineering and the appeal of the surrounding area in advance of the opening of Mt. Fuji, a World Heritage site, regardless of whether or not they have climbed the mountain before, and to raise awareness of its environmental conservation, as well as to promote the formation of new communities and interaction through the event.
Fuji. In recent years, while many tourists from Japan and abroad have visited Mt. Fuji, there are also problems of over-tourism, such as littering and accidents caused by climbing the mountain due to "bullet climbing" and "lightweight mountaineering. Fuji, photos and videos of Mt. Fuji, tourist information from local cities, towns, and villages, and an exhibition and sale of local products will be held.

Fuji for more than 90 years in Fujinomiya City, the hometown of Mt. Fuji, we are pleased to participate in this exhibition as a project that contributes to the environmental conservation of Mt.
During the period of the exhibition, visitors will be able to try on and order actual Mt. Fuji cypress wood sunglasses. Although wooden eyeglass frames have been available in the past, there have been no products made of cypress wood, and it was considered difficult to produce them from cypress wood. However, with the cooperation of many companies, we have completed this project over a period of five years in order to preserve the environment of Mt.
(Fuji and because it is handmade by craftsmen, we limit the annual order production.)
