(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kai Yamazaki(*2), a consolidated subsidiary of APAMAN Corporation), the No.1(*1) rental housing agency in Japan, announces that a special website featuring its official character "Bear-kun" and "3D AR Bear-kun" will be launched on June 9, 2025 (Monday) at 11:00 a.m. This initiative will allow users to experience the character through the character. Through this initiative, we aim to provide users with new experiences and enjoyment through the characters.

In addition, if you take a picture of AR Bear-kun and post it on SNS according to the "theme" announced every Tuesday, one winner will be selected by drawing and receive a "Thank you present from Bear-kun" every week.

Selected works will also be posted on a special website, and will be developed as a hands-on project in which fans and Bear-kun work together to create content.
