Whale Corporation (Naka-ku, Nagoya; CEO: Hiroki Soga) will open an exercise school specializing in children at its GymField Gifu Yanaizu studio on May 5, 2012.

GymField is centered on training to improve physical functions of the whole body, and the store is laid out with artificial turf and features barefoot exercise.

We aim to improve the athletic ability of children, which has been declining in recent years, and the performance of junior athletes who play sports.

In addition, in recent years, the number of parks and other outdoor playgrounds has been decreasing, and more and more parks do not allow the use of swings and other playground equipment. The GymField Gifu Yanaizu studio provides children with a safe and fun place to exercise while playing.

Plans include lessons for preschoolers to lower elementary school students, upper elementary school students, and junior high school students, as well as junior athlete classes for children who play sports such as soccer and baseball to improve their physical functions.
