Background of "Wan Wan Sound Siesta

The "Wan Wan Sound Siesta" will be held to propose a new way of spending time with pets that allows both humans and pets to spend time together in good mental and physical health, with the aim of helping to realize a barrier-free society where humans and pets can enjoy living together under certain rules.

The organizer is Studio Y.D.U., which also manages the Japan Animal Pick Committee, a general incorporated association dedicated to promoting a society in which pets and people can live together in harmony. The success of the festival led to the decision to hold it at a concert hall in Tokyo's Azabu district.

Vol. 1, held on March 22, attracted a full house of guests and 13 dogs. During the 2.5 hours of the event (the live performance had a prize time of 1 hour), there were no barking dogs.

Perhaps because the owners were relaxed, the doggies recognized the environment as a safe and secure place, and they were all good dogs.

About "Doggie Sound Siesta

This event is an entertainment show featuring various genres of music and performances in a concert hall that is open to visitors accompanied by their pets.

By providing a variety of entertainment, we aim to create a barrier-free environment for the presence of pets as an event that can be enjoyed not only by those who bring their pets but also by those who do not bring their pets. The event concept is "A Comfortable and Fun Place.

It is a new way for pet dogs and their owners to spend an enjoyable time together!

We will provide a luxurious moment where you can enjoy the show in the same space as your dog, while your dog's owner can enjoy drinks.

Dog trainers and other pet professionals will be on hand to provide not only enjoyment, but also advice on how to improve your dog's skills and knowledge based on dog behavior.

Ryuta Kuriyama (singer-songwriter, live performance in memory of guide dog Angie)

Born in Osaka. Blind artist. Worked at Yokohama Municipal Special Needs School for the Blind. His partner's guide dog, Angie, passed away last October, and this is a memorial live for Angie. Released "Real Victory," an official song for para-athletes. Her clear voice with strength resonates. Atsutaro Kimura (conductor, violinist, viola player)

Conductor active in Fukuoka, Russia, and Vietnam. He received the "Fukuoka Prefecture Cultural Contributor Award" from the Fukuoka Prefecture Federation of Cultural Organizations.

He is a coordinator of the "Concert Coordinator" program, which aims to bring the appeal of classical music to as many people as possible and to create a mechanism that will make them want to go to concerts. Currently, in addition to playing the piano and trombone, he also teaches brass band and piano. He and conductor Atsutaro Kimura work together to bring music to children through outreach activities.

Yomi (writer/director, dancer, choreographer, TV personality)

Born in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Creator of the dance musical "Oh Private Hanamura Gakuen". She has been training many dancers for more than 25 years since 1999. He is a multi-talented dancer, singer, playwright, musical director, and multi-talented talent.

Released an original album "IMPRESSION". She has made animal welfare her life's work, and is certified as a small animal care and sales manager and pet advisor.

She has been a present-day Shibuya Cross FM personality since January 2020.
