The survey, which reflects results for the second half of 2024, shows that compensation for 14 associate attorneys (working attorneys excluding representatives and branch managers) in their second year or later was a maximum of 30.2 million yen, a minimum of 12.3 million yen, a median of 15.9 million yen, and an average of 17.6 million yen.

We continue to guarantee an annual salary of 10.8 million yen to first-year attorneys, and all attorneys in their second and subsequent years have exceeded this standard.

Compared to the result of six months ago, which was an average of 15.5 million yen, this is an increase of approximately 13.5%, confirming the firm's continued growth and the high performance of our attorneys.

First year with the firm: 10.8 million yen or more guaranteed
