This certification is in recognition of the company's efforts to support employees in balancing work and childcare by achieving its action plan and meeting certain requirements as a "childcare support company. We will continue to strive to create a workplace environment in which diverse human resources can work as they wish, and to improve our childcare support by expanding systems that enable each employee to work more flexibly.
