<About the School Philosophy
The school's founding spirit emphasizes "practical learning" and "spirit of service" that enable students to put what they have learned into practice, and fosters practical human resources who will contribute to welfare through specialized knowledge, skills, and techniques.
In addition, we aim to contribute to the local and international communities by training welfare personnel to engage in nursing care and childcare, which will be most needed in the future aging society with a very low birthrate.

<Yamaman Group's Efforts to Further Enhance the Welfare Field
The Yamaman Group has been working on issues related to childcare as well as nursing care since before it became a social problem. In 1999, we opened a daycare center in front of the station with the aim of increasing the number of families in Eucalyptus Hill who can balance work and child-rearing. Today, the Yamaman Group operates 16 childcare support facilities, including childcare centers for children, and cares for approximately 700 children on a daily basis. In July 2025, "Eucalyptus Shizen no Ko Hoikuen" with new features is scheduled to open.
The Yamaman Group will continue its efforts to further enhance the nursing care and childcare support services in Eucalyptus Hill by accepting and training a wide range of human resources, aiming to realize a town where people can continue to live.
